Team days are held twice a year in all Kinderland facilities. They are used for professional development, reflection on educational work and joint planning within the team. They are important working days for the staff, during which cooperation is strengthened and the quality of care is ensured.

The team at Kinderhaus Sudetenstraße, which includes the “Little Feet - big steps” and “kleine Hände - große Taten” facilities, used its team day in May for an interplay of planning and team building. We started the day with a breakfast together. We then planned current projects, reflected on the educational work in the nursery and looked ahead to the new Kita--year starting in September.

The day was broken up again and again with breaks for fun and exercise to clear the mind and body. The cooperative games in particular helped to loosen up and build team spirit!
